VanNatta Public Relations, Inc. has been honored with the “Triple S” (Sustainable, Smart, Solutions) award from the Marion County Environmental Services Sustainable Business Network (formerly EarthWISE). This recognition is significant as sustainability has always been a paramount focus of VPR’s personal and professional endeavors. The award was given at the recent Sustainability Summit in Keizer, Oregon,
VPR has made many changes to its business practices and processes as a result of its certification, including adding solar panels, changing lighting, and revising purchasing practices. Over the last decade, VPR has referred over 17 businesses to the Network for certification.
At the recent Sustainability Summit, Rachel Van Woert (USGBC TRUE Advisor Marion County Waste Reduction at the County) said this award is a testament to VPR’s dedication to promoting Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle principles. We are grateful to be part of a network that consistently fosters innovation for a greener future, and we are further inspired to advance a more sustainable business landscape and push achievable boundaries.
